ROLE DESCRIPTION:
John Kizziah - State Farm Agent is looking for a highly motivated Sales Producer with prior sales experience and a current insurance license to drive new business and grow our agency. In this role, you will actively prospect, generate leads, and convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships. Your in-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry trends will enable you to effectively market solutions, close deals, and exceed sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively generate and follow up on leads to drive new business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing policies across multiple lines of insurance.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored insurance solutions.
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage adjustments.
- Assist with renewals, cross-selling, and upselling to maximize retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior sales experience is required, insurance experience is preferred.
- Property/Casualty insurance license (must currently hold).
- Life/Health insurance license (must obtain within 120 days of hire).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a sales-driven environment.
- Candidates must be comfortable working within Eastern Standard Time.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
